The Death of Fine

China loves the word, "fine."

If you ask a Chinese person, "How are you?" 98.97% of the time you will hear, "I am fine. And you?"

    I once made "How are you?" an exam question; if they answered anything BUT "fine", they got it right. Some of them still answered "fine"...
